ENTRY FEE IS $15.00
DEADLINE TO SIGN UP SEPTEMBER 24, 2011
Antlers to be scored at Pot Luck Dinner
held at Local 413 Union Hall
(Date of Dinner to be announced.)

Entry Fee is required to
be paid at the Union Hall, 555
East Rich Street,
Columbus, Ohio 43215, in
person
or by mail no later than
September 24, 2011.
Checks should be made out
to Teamster Local 413 Big Buck
Contest.
Please include your name,
company & last four digits of
social security number, on the
check.

First Place
40%
Third Place
20%
Second Place
30%
Fourth Place
10%
First Place Buck will be eligible for a $100.00
shoulder mount.
RULES
·
To be eligible, you must be a
member, retiree, or immediate
family member of Teamster Local
413.
·
Deer must be legal harvested.
(A picture of the harvest must be emailed to Chris Dean at
cdean@columbus.rr.com within
24 hours of the kill.)
·
Nuisance/Pest tags not accepted.
·
Total rack scored no deductions.
·
Deer must be Ohio tagged.
·
Rack must be present on date of
scoring.
(No rack, no prize
money).
·
Completion of application and
payment of entry fee certifies
that I have read the Official
Contest Rules and agree to waive
all responsibilities on the part
of any contest participant,
official, or host as to injury
and for damage which might occur
in connection with this contest.
·
If no bucks are harvested, the
money will rollover to next
year’s contest.
