Entry Fee is required to be paid at the Union Hall, 555 East Rich Street, Columbus, Ohio 43215, in person or by mail no later than September 10, 2010 Checks should be made out to Teamster Local 413 Big Buck Contest. Please include your name, company & last four digits of social security number, on the check.

PRIZE MONEY BREAKDOWN

First Place 40% Third Place 20%

Second Place 30% Fourth Place 10%

First Place Buck will be eligible for a $100.00 shoulder mount.

RULES

· To be eligible, you must be a member, retiree, or immediate family member of Teamster Local 413.

· Deer must be legal harvested. (You kill it, you tag it.)

· Nuisance/Pest tags not accepted.

· Total rack scored no deductions.

· Antlers to be scored must have metal tag that is applied at check-in-station.

· Deer must be Ohio tagged.

· Rack must be present on date of scoring. (No rack, no prize money).

· Completion of application and payment of entry fee certifies that I have read the Official Contest Rules and agree to waive all responsibilities on the part of any contest participant, official, or host as to injury and for damage which might occur in connection with this contest.

· If no bucks are harvested, the money will rollover to next year’s contest.

· This tournament is for qualifying to go to Canton to play in the Ohio Conference Tournament

· Each person should call the Union Hall to sign up by May 14, 2010. Once signed up, show up the morning of May 23, 2010 at the course and pay your green fees ($40.00).

· At the end of the tournament the top 4 scorers and top retiree will be considered the qualifiers to represent Local 413 in Canton, OH. (Tentative date: 7/31/10-8/1/10)

· All food and drinks will be the responsibility of the individual players.

· Please be aware that this tournament is only to qualify for the Ohio Conference Qualifier.

Directions: From I-270 take the US-33W/OH-161 exit (Exit 17B) toward Marysville – go 7.3 miles on US-33W. Take the US-42 Exit toward Plain City/Delaware – turn left onto US-42 go ½ mile turn right onto Industrial Parkway/CR-1. Rolling Meadows is about 1.4 miles down road.
